Welcome to Innzpira, the psychometric profiling service developed by Innzpira LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform as a corporate client. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Innzpira provides psychometric profiling solutions to companies, enabling the administration of psychometric tests, data processing, and delivery of insights through API integrations or via an optional SaaS platform. Our service facilitates integration with third-party platforms (CRM, ATS, ERP, PowerBi, etc.) and allows for the visualization and export of results, as well as the generation of advanced insights for decision-making.
All content provided by Innzpira, including but not limited to psychometric tests, analytical models, software, and platform tools, is the exclusive property of Innzpira LLC. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or any unauthorized use of the content is prohibited without the express consent of Innzpira LLC.
A non-exclusive, limited, and revocable license is granted to access and use Innzpira's services according to the modules contracted and for the duration of the subscription. This license may be used through API integration or on the SaaS platform provided by Innzpira. Upon contract termination or in case of non-payment, access to the platform or microservice will be suspended, and data will be deleted within 30 days.
Innzpira LLC is not responsible for the accuracy or truthfulness of data provided by test-takers nor for decisions made by clients based on the analysis generated by our platform. We also disclaim liability for any improper or malicious use of the results provided.
Innzpira reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the service in the event of:
• Non-payment exceeding 30 days.
• Improper or malicious use of the system.
• Unauthorized resale of services.
• Breach of Terms and Conditions.
• Violation of platform privacy or security.
• Violation of applicable legal regulations in the client's country of operation.
Cualquier disputa derivada del uso del servicio será resuelta mediante arbitraje en la ubicación de la matriz de Innzpira LLC en EE.UU., o en la ubicación de las filiales de la empresa, según la discreción de Innzpira.

Innzpira shares personal data via API with the platforms chosen and used by the client. We do not directly share data with third parties; rather, clients decide which platforms will receive the data.
We use servers located in the U.S. and Europe to process and store data, complying with international data protection regulations, including GDPR. We implement advanced security measures to protect personal information.
Corporate clients have the right to access, delete, and export data, as well as integrate it with other platforms via API. Individual users must contact the company that contracted our service to request data rectification, deletion, or portability.
Data remain operational during the contract period and up to 30 days after service termination. For research and analysis purposes, data may be retained for up to one year, always ensuring anonymity.
Innzpira implements security measures such as two-factor authentication, single sign-on (SSO) options, secure passwords, and advanced cybersecurity, complying with GDPR, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001 standards.
